Father kills son then himself as mother watches in horror
A father murdered his baby son and then took his own life as the child's mother looked on in horror, it emerged.
Robert Tamar, 48, killed 15 month old Nathan and then committed suicide following a furious argument with partner Rachel Jones. The couple are understood to have been going through a separation, and had been arguing furiously about custody of their baby.
They had desperately wanted a child - and had gone through ten years of miscarriages and other problems before Miss Jones, 41 - who works as a cook at the elite Winchester College boarding school for boys - finally gave birth.
